Southwest Home Care allows older adults to "age in place" by providing assisted living services in the comfort of an individuals home. 

We provide an extra set of eyes and a helping hand with a wide range of non-medical services, such as assistance with meals and nutrition, personal cares (bathing and grooming), home maintenance duties (housekeeping, laundry, dishes), medication reminders and companionship and escort services.
 
Our Angel Team is available when you need us, according to your schedule and needs. We can help just a few hours a week, up to providing help on weekends, overnights and 24-hour care.
 
Our Care Managers are available to conduct a free home assessment and discuss a plan of care with you and your family. Our Dementia Care Coordinator, a Registered Nurse, is available to families who have this special need.

Company history
Southwest Home Care has been providing non-medical home care to residents of Southwest Wisconsin since 2006. Our main office is located in Platteville and we service clients along U.S. Highway 151 from Dubuque, IA, to Dodgeville, WI.
